Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:
The item received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product seal (if applicable) is intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless proven defective.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used makeup, skincare, haircare, or personal care products.
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance (unless damaged or defective).
Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within Pakistan:
Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the parcel appears damaged, please inform the courier immediately.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash) after return approval.
Accurate bank or wallet details must be provided to process the refund.
To initiate a return:
Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear images of the product (if damaged/incorrect).
Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
Once approved, ship the item back as instructed.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–16 business days.
Online payment refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We only offer exchanges for:
Damaged products
Defective items
Incorrect products delivered
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Beautyzo will cover the return shipping cost.
For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
